We respond within 24 hours with sample pricing, shipping cost, and payment instructions.

Samples Ship

Samples dispatch within 3-5 working days. Tracking number provided. Typically arrive in 5-7 days via DHL/FedEx.

Sample Cost & Refund Policy

Sample Unit Price

Priced at the same unit rate as small-quantity orders. We don't mark up samples — you pay the standard cost.

Express Shipping

DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping cost depends on weight and destination. Typically $25-50 for 1-2 small parts.

Fully Refundable

The total sample cost (product + shipping) is deducted from your first bulk order. If you order 500+ units, your sample was effectively free.

How many samples can I request?
Typically 1-2 units per product SKU. For larger quantities, this becomes a small trial order — we'll quote accordingly.
Are samples identical to production units?
Yes. Samples come from the same production line as bulk orders. What you test is exactly what you'll receive.
What if the sample doesn't fit?
Check our compatibility guide before ordering. If specifications were confirmed and the part still doesn't fit, contact us — we'll help identify the correct replacement.
Can I get a sample with my branding?
OEM samples with custom branding require a higher MOQ and longer lead time. For standard samples, products come with our standard labeling.
