Quote Guide
How to Get an Accurate Quote
The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Here's exactly what we need.
Product Identification
Tell us exactly which product(s) you're interested in. If you found it on our site, include the product name. If not, describe what it does and which system it belongs to (water, electrical, evaporation, etc.).
Good example:
"Replacement Water Pump 110V — your catalog page shows this as model WP-110V-15W. We need the threaded 1/2" inlet version."
Quantity & Budget
Estimated quantity per SKU. If you're unsure about final volume, give a range (e.g., 500-1000 pcs). Also mention if you want sample pricing first, or if you have a target price range.
Good example:
"Initial order 500 pcs, with potential for 2000 pcs/quarter ongoing. Target price under $15/pc FOB. Would like to test 2 sample units first."
Interface & Dimensions
This is the most critical section. The interface type determines whether the part will physically fit your cooler. Provide as much detail as possible:
Inlet/outlet thread size, overall dimensions, mounting hole spacing
Shaft diameter (mm), mounting type (B3/B5/B14), frame size
Width × height × thickness (mm), flute angle, material type
Port size, connection type (thread/push-fit), body dimensions
Electrical Specifications
If your part is electrical, include these parameters. Mismatched electrical specs can damage equipment or create safety hazards.
Critical: Voltage must match exactly. A 220V motor connected to 110V won't run; a 110V motor on 220V will burn out.
- • Voltage (V) and Frequency (Hz) — e.g., 220V/50Hz
- • Power (W) or Current (A) — e.g., 550W
- • RPM — e.g., 1400 RPM
- • Capacitor value if applicable — e.g., 6µF
- • IP rating if outdoor use — e.g., IP44
Photos
Photos are the single fastest way to get an accurate match. Include:
- • Front view — the whole part, clearly visible
- • Close-up of the connection point — thread, flange, or fitting
- • Any labels, part numbers, or markings on the part
- • A ruler or coin next to the part for scale reference
Shipping & Delivery
Help us quote the best shipping option:
- • Destination country and port/airport
- • Preferred Incoterms — FOB, CIF, DDP, or EXW
- • Any special packaging or labeling requirements
- • Target delivery date if you have a deadline
